Spellbreaker: Reworked level 3 features, combining them into a single Magic Shackles feature that applies half speed, siphoned, and damage to a target previously marked.
Spellbreaker: Increased Cleanse Magic’s ability to end spells.
Spellbreaker: Reworked Rend Magic to break concentration, apply blind, and prevent teleportation 1/short rest.
