You lick a piece of straw or a reed before using it to trace both sides of your throat, then make a deep throated cry that expels all the air from your lungs. Your targets feel their lungs tingle, and then find they can breathe water.

Buff

Targets can breathe underwater until the spell ends. They also retain their normal mode of respiration.

*Upcasting: Target five additional creatures for each spell level above 3rd.
