Utility Spell

You create one of the following effects. Up to three can be active at a time. If you cast this spell while three effects are already in place, you choose one to end.

• Your voice booms up to three times as loud as normal for 1 minute.

• You cause flames to flicker, brighten, dim, or change color for 1 minute.

• You cause harmless tremors in the ground for 1 minute.

• You create a sound that originates from a point of your choice within range. If you want, this sound can be a message of up to 6 seconds in length in your own voice, but not someone else's voice.

• You alter the appearance of your eyes for 1 minute.

With your GM's permission, you can do a similar, harmless illusory effect.
