Magic Circle
You spend a minute drawing an intricate pattern on the floor evoking protective magic. The magic symbols could be holy symbols, arcane sigils, or supernatural writing. You either pour holy water or sprinkle a mix of iron and silver dust around the circumference of the mural, and speak an invocation related to the symbols you drew. A cylinder of magical power arises from the center of the mural, capable of weakening or imprisoning various supernatural creatures.

Utility Spell
*If you want, the magic circle can be a cylinder with a smaller radius or height.
Choose one of the following types of creatures: celestials, elementals, fey, fiends, or undead. The circle affects a creature of the chosen type in the following ways:
The creature type can’t willingly enter or exit the cylinder by nonmagical means.
The creature type has disadvantage on attack rolls against targets within the cylinder. If within the cylinder, the creature type has disadvantage on all targets outside the cylinder.
The creature type must succeed on a charisma saving throw against your spell save DC in order to use teleportation or planar travel to leave the circle. On a failed save, the creature still expends the spell or ability they used to attempt to leave.
The creature type cannot charm, frighten, or possess a target within the cylinder.
